While Sarah Palin’s attempt to appear on Saturday Night Live and comment on Tina Fey’s portrayal of her left a bad taste in my mouth, Mark Wahlberg’s attempt to do the same was actually pretty great. You might remember that Giulia blogged about SNL’s Wahlberg spoof a few days ago and how the actual Wahlberg wasn’t very pleased. Â Wahlberg even told Jimmy Kimmel he wanted to break his impersonator’s (Andy Samberg) nose.
Well Saturday night came and this is what went down:
It’s great to see that Wahlberg has a sense of humor and that nobody was actually angry.
Also, as Giulia pointed out, Mark Wahlberg is a pretty charitable guy, he takeparts with his Mark Wahlberg Foundation and raises and distributes funds to youth service and enrichment programs. Check it out at http://markwahlbergyouthfoundation.com/.
