Beginning February 17th, 2009 the FCC (boring website) will require television broadcasters to cease broadcasting in analog and make the Digital TV Transition (less boring website with countdown!). Â While most stations made the switch to digital long ago and all new televisions are required to have the option of digital, there are still some folks out there dancing around their sets with rabbit ears that will be out of luck. Â To help them make the change the government is offering coupons for converter boxes, and here is a handy video to make for a smooth digital transition:
