It wouldn’t be the holidays without a big Will Smith picture:

What a nutty trailer - starts out scary and weird, ends all uplifting.   I have no idea how to read this except that it is typical Hollywood before Christmas fair that is meant to make you feel good about people and the world.   Yada yada yada.   But I suppose a film whose message appears to be that helping folks is good is never a bad thing (even if we’ve seen it a millions time before).
