I’m going to do something amazing and predict something about you, specifically you, right now.  Ready? Here goes: You’re online right now.
And to answer your question, yes, I did just blow your mind.
Now, maybe you’re thinking, wow, this guy’s amazing…like, truly amazing, but what does me being online have to do with anything? Well, as it turns out, you can now raise money for the environment simply by being online.
And now I’ve blown your mind twice.
Good Clean Tech tells us that the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) has created a new widget that you install into Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox that doubles as a Yahoo! search box on your toolbar.  And every time you use this search box, a small percentage of the search engine’s ad revenue gets channeled to the EDF. So you’ll literally raise money for the environment simply by “surfing the net,” as all the hipsters call it these days.
