Apple has officially sent out the invitations for their big laptop announcement next Tuesday. Apparently it all revolves around the word “brick”? this time around. Â With the economy what it is, many are reporting that the term brick refers to a new casing for Apple laptops that has a lower-cost manufacturing process. Â Which would be good for Apple as no doubt people are going to be paying attention to the price of whatever they reveal.
I’m just glad that they’re focusing on laptops! As a blogger I couldn’t be happier - my laptop is closest thing I have to co-worker.

Also takepart to get started learning about e-waste - since buying a new laptop usually means getting rid of an old one. Â And go after the jump for a fun video about e-waste.
