Hurricane Gustav took its toll on Louisiana. Big thanks to Joshua and his family for all of the amazing video and coverage.
Hurricane Gustav was downgraded to a tropical storm but now there are 4 more dangerous weather patterns to keep track of:
1) Tropical Storm Hannah hammered Haiti killing 61 people and is heading to the Bahamas
2) Hurricane Ike strengthened to a dangerous Category 4 storm in the Atlantic with maximum sustained winds near 135 mph. Forecasters at the National Hurricane Center in Miami say it’s too soon to tell which land areas could be threatened.
3) Tropical Storm Josephine which is following the dangerous Ike seems to be weakening. It is still twirling through the Atlantic
4) And in the Pacific Ocean, Tropical Storm Karina started brewing south of Baja Mexico but it has already decreased to a tropical depression yesterday.
