What’s Organic About Organic is a new documentary project from Shelley Rogers that focuses on
the debates that arise when a grassroots agricultural movement evolves into a booming international market. The film’s six characters each personify different facets of the dilemmas facing the organic community.
It’s a character based piece that is still in development but sounds amazing - and being that Shelley is pretty amazing, I’m sure the film will be too! If you want to learn more and help support the film, there is a benefit tonight at 7pm at Dias Y Flores Community Garden at East 13th Street between Avenues A & B.
It will be a great opportunity to learn more about food and film! If you don’t live in NYC and want to learn more and support, takepart and visit the film’s website where you can make a donation.
