The Brooklyn Bridge turns 125 years old on Saturday and New York City is throwing a party for the East River landmark starting tonight and spanning the weekend.
From Thursday evening through Sunday activities ranging from films shown on the foot of the bridge, guided tours, lectures, mini-golf!, the Tour de Brooklyn bicycle race, dance and musical performances and even fireworks will be available to the public, all free of charge.
