Every Monday Matters is a great new book that suggests 52 small things you can do to make a difference and create a better world. The idea behind the book is that if we all took a small action once a week on Monday, we’d all be in a better place for it. A sample of suggested activities include taking yourself off a junk mail list, donating a book, turning off the television, or switching to energy-saving light bulbs. The book is part of the Every Monday Matters Foundation, which has a website where you can post videos of yourself discussing or showing the Monday activities you’ve done to make a difference.
