Before joining TakePart in 2009, Max was a reporter with The Huffington Post and the Los Angeles Daily Journal. A graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, he’s also worked as a spokesman for the LA City Attorney, and as a barista. He’s a triplet, loves to cook, and is afraid of aquariums.
