This unique companion book explores the challenges raised by the movie in fascinating depth through 13 essays, most of them written especially for this book, and many by experts featured in the film. Highlights include: Eric Schlosser, Michael Pollan, Robert Kenner, Marion Nestle, Anna Lappé, Muhammad Yunus, Joel Salatin, and Gary Hirschberg.

If daily headlines about food poisoning, pollution, labor abuse, and rampant hunger have left you worried or confused about the foods you eat, Food, Inc. provides the facts behind the problems—and shows what you can do to make a difference.

Yeah, this is very topical nowadays. I watches a lot of videos that touched upon this problem, I found them at the torrents files search engine http://www.picktorrent.com . And though I know a lot about this problem, but I don't see how can we cope with it, unless government does smth.

This is a great effort to open the eyes of the people. The greatest truth is that we came naked in this world and we will leave this world that way. So, there is nothing u earn and nothing u loose. Its life and the basic ingredient for living is food. Its very important for everybody to do something/take part in this revolution so secure the future of coming generations. Today, we only know the short term effects of consuming, i can say, poisonous food.....the long term consequence is still a surprise...everyone has a right to have healthy food. Don't surrender this right.....Boycott, such food and make a difference...
