October is National Vegetarian Awareness Month, a time to celebrate the benefits and joys of meatless eating. We're doing out part to get your creative juices flowing in the kitchen by highlighting a different meatless recipe every day.
We like to take a little extra time in the kitchen on the weekends to indulge in a cooking adventures that weeknight time constraints just won't allow. And when we saw this gorgeous looking savory galette over at Dash and Bella, we knew we had to give it a try.
Phyllis Grant, the phenomenal blogger behind Dash and Bella, recently featured the recipe in a post called "Love..." and said the Asparagus, Potato, Cherry Tomato and Goat Cheese Galette was "hella coveted."
