Daily Cuteness Challenge: Panda Cow

Megan Bedard is a sucker for sustainable agriculture and a good farmers market, she likes writing about food almost as much as eating it.

Everyone makes a big fuss about the first baby of the year, but for today's Daily Cuteness Challenge, we found a tiny little miracle who barely caught the tail-end of 2010.

The wee one is a miniature panda cow named Ben, born on the last day of the year in northern Colorado. He got his panda-like markings through genetic manipulation on a hobby farm owned by farmer Chris Jesson.
