Help to get the word out in Japan and the U.S. and urge our leaders to action.  You can easily send a letter to the President, Vice President, and Japanese Ambassador asking them to address this issue. Your signature will be displayed alongside others from Japan, who have written to their leaders, in a widget which will be posted on multiple American and Japanese sites.
