Tell Congress to Improve the Lives of Egg-Laying Hens

Do you think farm animals deserve to be treated humanely? If so, you will want to take this action.
Many egg-laying hens across the U.S. live their lives in battery cages that don’t allow them to move more than an inch for their entire lives. If this infuriates you, send a message to your representative urging them to support and cosponsor the Egg Products Inspection Act Amendments of 2012. According to The Humane Society, this will “significantly improve the lives of hundreds of millions of egg-laying hens.”
