Tell Congress: Food Workers Shouldn’t Go Hungry

They process, prepare and serve our food, and yet an estimated one-third of food workers suffer from food insecurity.

We have the power to help them. Raising the minimum wage from $7.25 to $9.80 an hour would help millions of workers get access to the nutritious food they need to survive. The cost to us is minimal: raising the minimum wage would only add an additional 10 cents per day to the average family’s food bill.

Support the Food Chain Workers Alliance and the Restaurant Opportunities Centers United, and tell Congress to support the Miller-Harkin Fair Minimum Wage Act. Click the Take Action button to add your name!
