Support Weekend Voting

In 2010, only 41 percent of Americans managed to make it to their local polling places to exercise their right to vote. The U.S. ranks near the very bottom of all democracies when it comes to voter turnout. Why? The fact that we have to vote on a busy weekday has something to do with it. Sign the petition to end our 166-year-old tradition of voting on Tuesday, and make voting more convenient by voting on weekends.
