I Am Against HR 848
I am writing to ask you to oppose the creation of a new Tax on Radio in the form of a performance fee that will be forced on local radio stations if H.R. 848/S. 379 were to become law. H.R. 848/S. 379 would lead to disastrous consequences for the radio industry and would force many radio stations out of business, result in job loss and less diversity on the air.
