Break the Cycle of Poverty With Mary’s Meals

Hunger is stunting an entire generation.
Each year, five million children die as a result of complications related to undernutrition. Undernourished children who do survive can face lifelong medical problems, never reaching their full potential. Poverty keeps many of these same kids from going to school, forcing them to work in the fields or beg on the street for their food.
Founded in 2002, Mary’s Meals provides food in primary schools, linking the need for nourishment with the opportunity for education. Thanks to their hard work, 600,000 children in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Eastern Europe and South America eat a daily meal. That’s huge.
