The Beatles hit “Across the Universe” will be the first song to be beamed into space. NASA announced that they would be sending the song into space this week through their Deep Space Network of antennas on the 40th Anniversary of the song being recorded. The song will be aimed at Polaris, the North Star, located 431 light years from earth. For the full story from the BBC, click here.
