Apparently, the government’s need to wire-tap us isn’t so dire that they bother to pay their bills.   This isn’t a one-time deal, either — WaPo reports that they’re delinquent on over half of them.   Of course, you’d think that the phone companies (simply burning with righteous patriotism) would cut them a break or something, I mean, it’s our security, right?  Or are our freedoms at stake?  I can never get it right.
